• 9:30 am - event kickoff for the internal employee hackathon

• noon - 1.30 pm – lunch for hackathon participants

• 6.30 pm – 8.00pm – dinner for hackathon participants

• 10:00 pm – Centennial Hall will close. LexisNexis employee participants can continue to hack at their desks or conference rooms.

• 7:30 am - 9.00 am – breakfast for LexisNexis employee participants at the Centennial Hall

• 7:30 am – student hackathon participants sign-in at the front desk/reception at LexisNexis, 1801, Varsity Drive, Raleigh, NC-27606

• 9:00 am - student hackathon kickoff

• noon - 1.30 pm – lunch for all hackathon participants

• 6.30 pm – 8.00pm – dinner for all hackathon participants

• 9.00pm – presentation submission by LexisNexis employee hackathon participants

• 10:00 pm – Centennial Hall will close; student participants can continue to work remotely, LexisNexis employees have the option to stay back in the building and continue hacking

• 7.30 am - 8.30 am - breakfast for all student hackathon participants

• 7:30 am – 9:00 am – finalize hack, teams prepare for presentation

• 9:00 am – 11:00 am – submit video presentations. This is the final deadline for all presentations - LexisNexis and student hackathon participants

• 11:00 am – 12.30 pm – lunch for all hackathon participants

• 12.00 pm – 2.30 pm – run video presentations to the audience and judges

• 2:30 pm – 2:50 pm – results tabulation and judges deliberations

• 2:30 pm – 2:50 pm – people’s choice awards voting and ballot counting

• 2.50 pm – 3.30 pm – awards ceremony

Snacks, fruits, soft drinks, coffee, candy will be provided during the course of the event.
