• 8:30 am – participants sign-in at the front desk/reception at LexisNexis, 1801, Varsity Drive, Raleigh, NC-27606

• 9:30 am - event kickoff

• noon - 1.30 pm – lunch for hackathon participants

• 6.30 pm – 8.00pm – dinner for hackathon participants

• 10:00 pm – Centennial Hall will close; student participants can continue to work remotely, LexisNexis employees have the option to stay back in the building and continue hacking

• 7.30 am - 8.30 am - breakfast for all hackathon participants

• 8:30 am – 10:00 am – finalize hack, teams prepare for presentation

• 10:00 am – 11:00 pm – submit video presentations

• 11:30 am – 12.30 pm – lunch for all hackathon participants

• 12.30 pm – 2.30 pm – run video presentations to the audience and judges

• 2:30 pm – 3:15 pm – results tabulation

• 2:30 pm – 3:00 pm – people’s choice awards voting and ballot counting

• 3.20 pm – 3.45 pm – awards ceremony

Snacks, fruits, soft drinks, coffee, candy will be provided during the course of the event.
