Once the set of problem statements are unveiled on October 9, please contact your mentor immedietaley with the Problem Statement you choose to select.

The LexisNexis coach's primary tasks would be to guide the teams with –
- Help in the design process of the proposed solution by the students
- Answer technology questions and provide design suggestions
- Answer questions regarding their respective products, emphasize on the underlying problem and provide real case scenarios and help students appreciate the problem statement better
- If time permits, help with the coding and UX design if required

Working model for the student teams

The students and the LexisNexis mentor in each team will start communicating with each other after the official kickoff on 10/9.
The communication could involve communication via emails, meet ups in a library, conference calls etc.
The pre-work could include brainstorming sessions, design sessions, plan of action, and eventually coding too.
The main days of the event on 10/12-10/13 will provide the teams an ideal environment for a typical hackathon to meet the entire team in person, provide a setting to code in unison and offer an incubated atmosphere with food, internet etc. where the teams can make the final big push to get their hackathon idea become a success!
